This season we're offering free staging from the end of your first eight weeks right through to 31 January 2027. So the sooner you book, the more free staging you get.
How the offer works
It's really simple. You book your staging with us as normal and your standard eight week period starts on the day we install.
Once those eight weeks are up, any extra time until 31 January 2027 is on us. There's no hire extension fee for those weeks and nothing extra to arrange.
If your property is still on the market after 31 January, just get in touch and we'll talk you through the options.
Why booking sooner means more free staging
The offer ends on the same date for everyone (31 January 2027). So the earlier we install, the more free weeks you get after your first eight.
Install dates are booked on a first come, first served basis. If you'd like one of the earlier slots, please get in touch soon.
Why staging matters in winter
The buyers who are looking over the winter months tend to be serious about moving. But there are fewer of them, so first impressions count even more.
Dark evenings and grey days can make an empty room feel cold and smaller than it really is. Staging adds warmth, light and a sense of how each space can be lived in. It helps buyers picture themselves at home there, and it makes your listing photos stand out online.
A little extra time on the market over Christmas is very normal. With this offer, you won't be paying for it.
