Refund Policy

At Residence Staging Co Ltd, we provide a bespoke styling service tailored to each client and property. As such, refunds are not generally offered once work has begun or materials have been sourced. The following information is our general policy. Client contracts detail details regarding refunds, specific to that project.
Cancellations
If the Client cancels the booking more than ninety-six (96) hours prior to the scheduled commencement date, the deposit shall remain non-refundable.If the Client cancels the booking within ninety-six (96) hours of the scheduled commencement date, all monies paid shall be non-refundable and Residence Staging Co Ltd reserves the right to charge the full outstanding balance of the quoted fee, reflecting the resources, logistics and scheduling commitments already allocated to the project.
