Show Home Staging in Poynton, Cheshire: our Recent Project for Abode Properties

We recently had the pleasure of completing a full staging project for Abode Properties at its new Manor Gardens development in Poynton, Cheshire and it was certainly an installation we won’t forget.
Delivered during some of the hottest days of the year, the project presented an additional challenge for our staging and installation team. With furniture, artwork, accessories and finishing details to coordinate and install in exceptionally warm conditions, it was a demanding few days. But, as ever, the focus remained on delivering the finished home exactly as planned.
And the result was worth it.
Creating a Show Home Designed to Connect with Buyers
Our approach to show home staging goes beyond simply furnishing an empty property. Every scheme is considered in relation to the architecture of the home, the development itself and, importantly, the lifestyle of the prospective buyer.
For the Manor Gardens development in Poynton, our aim was to create an interior that felt sophisticated and aspirational while remaining warm, welcoming and genuinely liveable.
Furniture, lighting, artwork, textiles and accessories were carefully selected and layered throughout the property to give each space a clear purpose and identity. The finished scheme allows prospective purchasers to experience the proportions of the rooms, understand how the spaces can be used and, ultimately, imagine themselves living there.
From Empty Property to Finished Home
One of the most rewarding aspects of property staging is seeing the transformation that takes place during installation.
An empty new-build property can be beautifully designed and finished, but without furniture it can sometimes be difficult for buyers to appreciate scale or visualise how they would live within the space.
Professional show home staging changes that.
By introducing carefully proportioned furniture and considered styling, we can highlight key architectural features, establish natural zones within open-plan spaces and create the emotional connection that is so important when someone is considering purchasing a home.
Despite the exceptional heat during our Poynton installation, the Residence team completed the project successfully and we're delighted with the finished result.
Even more importantly, the feedback from the developer has been extremely positive.
