The Power of Collaboration

Exceptional homes need exceptional people behind them.

At Residence Staging Co, we know that delivering a prime or super-prime interiors project is about more than sourcing beautiful furniture. It’s about bringing together the right expertise and ensuring everyone works seamlessly towards the same vision.

A recent project was the perfect example.

We were appointed to transform a beautiful new-build property from an empty shell into a fully furnished, accessorised and liveable family home. A substantial project encompassing furniture, lighting, artwork, textiles and accessories throughout.

To help us deliver it, we collaborated with two brilliant North West specialists: Kate Turner, founder of Harmonise Your Home, based in Cheshire, and Susie Carey, founder of Sorted… Etc., based in Lancashire.

Beautiful and Ready for Family Life

Our brief wasn’t simply to create an impressive interior. This needed to become a home.

While Residence Staging Co developed the interior scheme, sourced the furnishings and accessories and coordinated the overall transformation, Kate at Harmonise Your Home and Susie at Sorted…Etc brought their specialist home organisation expertise to the project.

The result? A property designed to look beautiful, but also to work beautifully for the family living there.

The Right People, Working Together

At this level, clients shouldn’t have to find and coordinate multiple specialists themselves.

A key part of what we do at Residence Staging Co is knowing who to bring into a project. We work with trusted professionals who share our standards for quality, discretion and service; and importantly, who work brilliantly together.

This project brought Residence Staging Co, Harmonise Your Home and Sorted… etc. together, each bringing different expertise but working towards one goal: turning an exceptional property into an exceptional home.

Because delivering great interiors isn’t just about knowing what a property needs.

It’s about knowing the right people to make it happen.
